Supervision isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about growing into the kind of clinician you want to be. We’ll work side by side to build confidence, sharpen your skills, and figure out what works for you in real-life practice.

Supervision Services

Flat rate: $300.00/month
Includes: (2) 90-minute group sessions
(1) 60-minute individual session

Case Consultation:
Complex cases, challenging co-morbidities, or simply a new clinical experience can feel overwhelming. We’ll think them through together and find approaches that feel ethical, effective, and aligned with your values.

Skill Building:
You already have strengths—let’s use them. We’ll expand your clinical toolkit so you can meet your clients where they are and still take care of yourself in the process.

Ethical Navigation:
Ethics aren’t just rules on paper—they’re the heart of good practice. We’ll unpack real-world situations and help you feel solid in your decisions, even when things get messy.

Group Goals:
In group sessions, we’ll explore real cases, strengthen evidence-based skills, and learn from each other’s styles. Together, we’ll discuss how to create a supportive space using tools from DBT, ACT, attachment theory, and CBT.

Group Sessions

If you’re an LMSW working toward your licensing in Texas, you don’t need a “perfect” therapist persona—you need a safe space to learn, make mistakes, and grow into your own voice as a clinician.

Supervision is where that happens. It’s part skill-building, part self-discovery, and part figuring out how to stay human while doing deeply human work.

Individual Sessions

Goal Setting:
Your supervision hours are a space to grow into your best professional self. Together we’ll clarify goals, explore challenges, build confidence, and develop sustainable habits for balance and well-being.

Support & Growth:
My supervision style is grounded, curious, and human. I want you to feel seen, supported, and encouraged. I balance validation/reassurance with accountability and setting tangible goals.

What to Expect in Individual Supervision:
Each session blends reflection, skill-building, and real talk about clinical work, client dynamics, boundaries, and how your story shapes practice through evidence-based approaches like DBT, ACT, attachment, and CBT.

Reflective Practice:
Reflect on your work to gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. You’ll learn to stay grounded, curious, and self-aware in the therapy room.
